Azure Cloud Engineer

The Azure Cloud Engineer designs, implements, and manages cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure to support organizational IT infrastructure and applications. This role focuses on deploying scalable, secure, and efficient cloud environments, optimizing performance, and ensuring high availability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

            Responsibilities:

• Cloud Architecture: Design and deploy Azure-based infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and databases.

• Implementation: Configure and manage Azure services such as Azure Active Directory, App Services, Kubernetes, and Virtual Networks.

• Automation: Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, or Bicep.

• Security: Implement security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC), network security groups, and Azure Key Vault for data protection.

• Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor cloud performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights; optimize costs and resource usage.

• DevOps Integration: Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for application deployment and automation.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Azure services, connectivity, and application performance.

• Migration: Plan and execute workload migrations from on-premises or other clouds to Azure.

• Collaboration: Work with developers, system administrators, and stakeholders to align cloud solutions with business needs.

• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for cloud architecture, processes, and configurations.
